Billing & Terms
Billed monthly or annually — your choice, and you can switch at renewal. Cancel anytime; your plan runs to the end of the paid period. A right of withdrawal applies to all paid plans, surfaced before payment — 14 days on monthly billing, 30 days on annual (CGU, art. 4).
Storage counts the encrypted payload of your tracks. At the limit your data becomes read-only — nothing is deleted while your account stays active; inactive accounts are purged after 6 months' dormancy, with advance warning. Extra storage is sold in flat +10 GB packs at €2/mo on paid plans — an explicit purchase, never surprise metered billing.
Export everything, anytime, from the app or the CLI. Your data leaves when you do.
